Doubt that very much... KXL will be in the driving seat if they sell any of their projects. Giving a first right of refusal is a concession that I don't think they would need to give.

Having said that... I believe they are 1 year away before they would seriously contemplate any offer. It will take that long to prove up what they have at GM... longer for other projects.
