News only has to be released if it is a significant change. Drill results at this stage - after hundreds of results released in the past - are not significant at any particular point.

Obviously KXL is already sitting on hundreds of core assays and drill work. There is no legal requirement for them to release them.

They have a number of shows yet to do, going into December, and the market has been in the tank. They have a plan re: the release of news, but we can only speculate about what it is.

Same as the stock exchange were bound to crash with the overhang of credit defaults, we didn't know when, but it would happen.

Of course, in this case with KXL, we are hoping for a surprise to the upside.
