Also of note re: National Bank and SGX... they have been a net buyer of ~1.3 million SGX shares on public market in last 30 days or so.

May be nothing but since National Bank very familiar with KXL via participating in KXL PP... IMO they are now establishing position in SGX. FYI... National was on recent SGX site visits.
