I have been in the nut house too. I would support us issue shares to all present shareholders of all are plays based on present share price ratios and market cap ratios. In this way we all can join at no cash cost to us or anybody else. Sure we will dilute the shares but we will gain lots in terms of landholdings and potential.

We should strive to become the only game in town. Nice guys never win. Shock the others while they are down, otherwise other stronger players will interfer.
