Although we should conserve cash, I also think that KXL would be in a much better bargaining situation if we took over or linked up with most of the other area players.

If one company controlled all the land area it would be a much better take over target, and if done right I think it would be in everybody's interest

I suspect that the market cap of most of the area players is more or less proportional to the land holdings. If all these companies would join into one, sure some management positions will be gone, but no shareholder should have to suffer.

If this could be done in such a way that the market cap of the new company would exceed or equal the market cap of all the present area players, then we all should eventually be winners.

Is this at all feasible ?
