GREED!

Every human has it wired into their brain to some degree.

Unfortunately, there is a small percentage of us who will use every means possible to further their own pocketbook. Those that use criminal or immoral tactics to steal from the rest of us should be taken out and shot.

OK, that was extreme. How about if we create effective laws, enforce them and use penalties that will deter future abuse?
