Not sure your numbers are correct. Even I had to second guess "4km on SGX land" claim but if you use map on slide 12 of KXL presentation we can see that according to KXL the GM is basically 3km to the NW side of 'Golden Pond' and "open for 6km to the NW". Then if you use the map on slide 12 of SGX presentation and measure using the scale there is about another 2.5km of GM on KXL land to SGX border. This would give 3km+2.5km=5.5km on KXL land. Therefore, if GM is 9km long that would leave 3.5km of SGX land. So 4/5 split not a bad estimate. More like 3.5/5.5 to be precise LOL.

But like you said I am sure Brian will clarify.
