Still have the elastics! And the handy pliers that put them to work. Even offered to put some KXL shareholders to work using them when they offered to work for KXL shares. If you think of KXL bashers while putting them on the calves, the job doesn't seem so bad. Kinda like forking the sh** out of the pig pens and imagining it is toxic debt.

Marlinspike, I understand the sentiment, but I dont' think it was fraud but a lack of DD. The investment banks for the most part did not make the subprime mortgages, but bought the ABC paper that contained them packaged up with other debt instruments. I certainily have trouble seeing tax $ (even tho it is not mine) to pay execs multi million $ salaries/severence/parachutes when they and the people under them were asleep at the wheel while they got into this and weakened their corporations.
