Bought some KXL for $1.10 today.

Why? KXL is back to discovery-week prices, except that the company now has $37 million in the bank (June 30 cash $41 million minus two months of drilling at $2 mm a month).

$37 mm divided by 88.5 mm shares outstanding = 42 cents per share in cash.

so i guess if you take the cash out of the deal, i just paid 68 cents per share for one of the best if not the best gold exploration deals in canada and probably in the world today (along with their uranium and base metal prospects).

not bad. I can wait.
