I watched the hour long interview with John Embry and when he was asked about Detour Gold, he even downplayed them and they have a NI43-101 for about 13million ounces proven up, have drilled well over 150,000 meters and are still drilling. He said "Well, Detour Gold is a low grade gold play and since they put "so and so" (can't remember the guys name) on their board of directors I think that they are looking to be bought up".

Now maybe they are but he didn't even mention that they had all this gold in the ground, so it makes me wonder if they do this so that most people don't know about them and that his firm (the infamous Sprott Asset Managment) likes to keep us in the dark so they can pick up the stock at a lower price.
