The following occurred during the period subsequent to June 30, 2008:
1. In July 2008, the Company and the Municipality of Greenstone entered into an agreement, whereby the Company has the option to purchase up to a 100-per-cent interest in 29 mineral claims near Geraldton, Ont. In consideration, the Company will pay the vendor a total of $750,000 ($25,000 in the first year). This property agreement is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return.
2. In July 2008, the Company and Frank Goodman entered into an agreement, whereby the Company has the option to earn up to a 100-per-cent interest in three mineral claims known as the Frank Goodman property in the Summers Township, Thunder Bay mining division. In consideration, the Company will pay the vendor a 20 total of $50,000 ($5,000 in the first year) and issue common shares equivalent to $5,000. The property is subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter return.
3. In July 2008, the Company issued 11,112 shares at a deemed price of $2.25 per share on the Cote-Archie Property, pursuant to its option agreement to purchase a 70% interest.
4. In July 2008, the Company made a $75,000 cash payment and issued 350,000 shares at a deemed price of $2.07 per share on the Hercules Property, pursuant to its option agreement to purchase a 100% interest.
5. In July 2008, the Company issued 8,889 shares at a deemed price of $2.25 per share on the Eva Lake Property, pursuant to its option agreement to purchase a 100% interest.
6. In August 2008, the Company made a $20,000 cash payment and issued 5,436 shares at a deemed price of $1.84 per share on the Broken Heart Property, pursuant to its option agreement to purchase a 100% interest.
