It's possible that there's a leak causing the 50+ cent rise, but also possible that everyone is coming back from holidays.

I looked at all the news and price action from 2007, and on only one occasion was there clearly a leak a day or two before results. KXL has a pretty good record on that.

If there is indeed good news, then so much the better to build from a somewhat higher price level.
