I'd have to agree with dmastercard. Don't take it too hard, rory, but that kind of airy post belongs on the PoorHouse board. It says nothing ("sooner or later, Winter will come"), and is based on nothing.

We don't like to bash, but we don't like to pump either. We're interested in actual information.

If you actually heard something real, say what it is and who you heard it from.

KXL is renowned for its ability to act properly about its information. E.g. the last news release - there was nothing in the KXL trading beforehand that suggested someone had been tipped off.

It's been three weeks since the last NR, so indeed the next NR (which is inevitable to arrive sometime, yes) is of course closer. My guesstimate - which I'm frank about drawing out of thin air - has been Sept 15. Usually the price trends up when it's "about time" for a NR. I would be surprised to see one Sept. 1, and surprised if we didn't see one by Oct. 1.
