Having approximately 100 people working in the Geraldton / Beardmore area makes Kodiak one of the largest employers in the Greenstone region.

This area has been hit hard by various economic stressors that have hammered the forest sector. As much as I want Kodiak to spin off a mine for my stake, the area really needs some more well-paying jobs!

As a former resident of Geraldton, I would love to see some good economic news help out these towns.
