I'm back at the News release this morning and looking at Managements analysis of what we have so far...Here is my interpretation of the NR...

I will take it apart and comment....

Mr. Brian Maher, Kodiak Vice President of Exploration comments: ... "these targets are located along the more than 300 kilometers of major gold producing breaks or structures that are 100% controlled by Kodiak. The similarities in size and continuity to the Cadillac break in Val d' Or and the Porcupine-Destor fault zone are striking..

This is a hugh land package and all the targets mentioned previously are possible stand alone gold deposits,AND 100% owned buy us..Kodiak shareholders...

The two areas mentioned are filthy rich with gold and we have similar,or better holdings....

Once these targets have been drilled enough to give us a 43 101 resource estimate,it is possible to sell these assets ,one at a time for mega bucks...

considering the outstanding results already obtained to date, it is easy to conclude that the Beardmore-Geraldton area is largely under explored and has tremendous potential.

It is going to take time and money to find out what we have...It is not an immediate answer or impatient investor that is going to drive the management to give our investment away,no matter how many impatient calls are made to IR..so forget it...Relax and wait for the answers..They will let us know in due time what we have and where we are going/..

And If what we have can amaze and impress him..then we better sure as hell be impressed and amazed too...

We ..the great unwashed..and probably have only seen gold wedding rings and gold candy bar wrappers..so what the hell do we know...Go with the management we have who are the professional..financiers..geologists and mining people that do the job so well on our behalf...It is ok to question them but doubt them,,,????Never...Or you shouldn't be here investing your money with people you don't believe in ..100%..

Now ,my read on these statements...

We will eventually know how much gold and how much it is worth ,but it will take time and money to evaluate our holdings...

Guessing and selling off early are not options with our team..

OUR SHAREHOLDERS..(Thats us..and by the way ,,themselves,as all the insiders are big share holders too and haven't sold a share..) are going to get the FULL value from our holdings..No one is going to get it cheep .....as our PP that raised the $55 million found out...You want KXL..??? Baby..you are going to pay through the nose for it...

I love It...!!

They will be keeping us informed ,but not issuing News releases every drill hole or target...It is too big and there is too much going on....These monster NR's is the only way to give us updates..

Now I think that if they strike something absolutely out of the world,then they will halt the stock and release it to keep the leaks to a minimum and the speculation down to a manageable level..

My conclusions...

What have we got../?
Probably the biggest gold strike in history,controlled 100% by one company..

What have we become...??

The Number one take over target in the world as a company and a Junior we are in danger of a hostile takeover at any time..at least an attempt which will trigger a bidding war never seen before for scale and magnitude,which will be our saving grace,because we will play one off against the other,keeping what we want of the company,selling off what we must to keep the rest for us..the KXL shareholders..

We won't loose our shares but end up with a hugh amount of cash for our claims..leaving the share structure untouched..but the shares valued at whatever the market says it is valued at...

We can thank our lucky stars that we have the investment and business experience of the Richardsons and other insiders that are wise in the ways of the financial world and can't be sucked or browbeaten into a bad deal...

My advice to you...

Only hold the KXL shares you can afford to hold..Not all of you are in my position,that is having enough to be comfortable with out selling any kXL shares..But I am not going to be that naive to think that anyone that sells KXL shares is a sucker ..or a traitor or a wimp or a looser or any other bad thing...

We must all do what we have to do..We must survive..exist..be happy..sleep nights and be great full that we are in on the bottom on a company that is worth billions of dollars..yes..billions...and we all share in the wealth through our KXL shares..

My last piece of advise...Don't endanger your family's welfare by "Over extending " your financial position in any investment ...including KXL..I have seen too many lives ruined by stock market irregularities ,surprises..events..downturns and all ways remember,THIS IS GAMBLING and never a sure thing...Only put money in the market you can afford to loose..

Because if you loose it all you will probably loose your family and happiness ,and no stock market offering is worth that..
