Not any more when they pay out a bill and a half,shares and cash equivilant...

The financial statement as of June 2008..shows $1.6 billion in cash and cash equivilants..

Although they have 10 Billion in assets,it is the CASH that is king..and they ain't got enoughto be a serious contender for KXL..
