Good question Portee, I have pasted my trades for that date above, and the trading stats for that date 16 July, as you can see that close that day was 1.86 and they filled my order that evening @ 1.90 hope that helps to explain the situation. When I had my order in I remember that there were around 40/50 K shares traded in the last 10 minuets above, below and through my buy order but they wouldn't fill me.
