This statement is not aimed at anyone just stating a opinion. Some people quibble over $.02 cents and sometimes I am one of them. $.02 cents on a $2. stock is 1%. When a passbook saving account pays 2-3% yearly that 1% is a big deal. Look at it ths way , if I can make 1% a week thats good money.
