Estimate the yield well below what it actually looks like, then when the real #'s come out you will always be pleasantly surprised... and scrambling for storage space! Hope we need lots of storage space for all that gold!

I also think in a yr oil will be well lower, tho would not bet the farm on it. Certainly in 2 or 3 yrs if you can hold off on filling the tank that long. Will be interesting with gold price as seasonally, this is the time it soon starts to rise most yrs, and if it breaks the old high of about 1000 bucks... well, it could be a good time to have shares in a future gold mine!
