Hard to believe that with one little news release,there is that much to analyse..by some of us...

Just kidding you guys...

Instead of "News Releases"..KXL is going to have to release..."Letters Of Intent"...

The purposes of an LOI may be:

• to clarify the key points of a complex transaction for the convenience of the parties

LOIs resemble written contracts, but are usually not binding on the parties in their entirety...

So KXL won't get sued by some dummy over a news release...

"But you said..blah..blah blah..and I invested...blah blah..blah...and I lost...blah blah.."
