Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
Good call, excellent posts all round! I particularly appreciated Aliblaba and Coach putting it in perspective about schadenfreude.
Ganalane a few days ago figured a NR in mid-September. I realize that sounds discouraging, but as a farmer he knows something about when harvests come in.
Great if we have something in the next few weeks, but I take Ganalane's timing as a "hold-fast, hold-tight" in my own mind.
At the June 16 conference I got the impression that they had a lot of geology and report-writing to do, tons and tons of work, and holiday-taking to boot. It just happens. It's a corporation. Large teams of people can't be speeded up. Doesn't bother me.
The geologists including Maher are well-educated and are interested in putting together an accurate story - true vein dips and structure. They don't want to have to retrace their stories. They are putting their reputation on this, so they are serious about it.
My own KXL dropped equivalent to the price of a condo in Vancouver here, and yet I sleep just fine. Picked up a bunch more today at great prices.
I agree about the naked shorting - rampant in Canada, securities boards asleep at the wheel. That's life. Consider ourselves lucky that we're not buying on a Chinese exchange. It's part of the game. Shorts eventually have to cover.
Every day that goes by, I know they are making progress. The drill cores that had to be re-done are probably largely done. Great. Wonderful weather for stripping. 8 drills soon. That is a serious cacaphony in the forest.
The big players are 'painting the KXL chart?' Good way of describing it. No problem. The harvest will come in in good time.
