Hi Ali!

I have to agree with all of your points, with just one exception. I do not think management could contribute a statement to suggest that they expect good results ahead, or in line with expectations. This is still an exploration story, and the goddam regulators would crack down on that as a forward looking statement that cannot be supported with the documented evidence. It would probably have to be retracted, thus providing even more ammunition for the sleazy elements that lurk on the fringes of this BB.

In regards to banning some of the jerks, I am not in favour of banning anyone except under the most obvious and blatant infractions. I do not like to see deliberate manipulative posts but they are a fact of life on BBs and banning people just encourages them to come back under a new alias. We can vote them off the island all we want but it will not remove the influence these people have, hence we are still talking about one person weeks after he was removed. What was accomplished?

As for Markgraf, I question what value you derive from one individual making gratuitous and obviously self-serving comments. So market events have proven his comments correct. Big deal. Should we just put confidence in every malignant post that appears on a forum? Did anyone investing in this market not understand there was always the potential for a retracement? What exactly did this person contribute that warranted respect?

I accept the market we have for all its flaws. Even with the sleazy tactics and nasty corrections, I have still made a huge amount of money during the last 5 years, and expect at least another 5 years. Riding out the tough times is what defines the successful investors, as opposed to the gamblers and whiners. I do not want to see management distracted with day-to-day efforts to manage the share price and comfort the afflicted. I think KXL already has the best promotional profile of any junior on the market. Information is regularly updated and effectively distributed. That is good enough for me. Let the market take care of the market.

For those daytraders or 'longs' without the commitment to ride this out, better luck next time. I have no sympathy. This is a shark tank and the minnows are getting served up everyday. Nothing has changed in that regard, but again I point out there is still a huge amount of money to be made.

cheers!

mike
