47,800 shares on the offer yesterday not there today. IMO speaks further to the fact that KXL is being just 'played with' at these levels. Given how extremely tightly held KXL is, this would not be hard to do. Not very many... practically no one willing to sell at these levels for obvious reasons. When news does come IMO fairly safe to assume movement up will be very brisk IMO.
