Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
Combine this map with recent KXL MD&A and other SGX NRs excerpts below...
I am posting this purely to demonstrate and provide further evidence/likelihood that KXL Golden Mile may extend some 6.4 km to SGX border given excerpts/hints/clues below. This system appears to be huge (as if it wasn't already huge). May be of interest for KXLers who have not be following neighbours to know that SGX has been very forward and has referenced the likely extension many times in previous NRs, interviews and most recently with release of mag map posted on website. Not pumping SGX. I own both companies.
KXL MD&A: "In addition, the first holes drilled at the far northwest end of the Golden Mile have intersected quartz veining and thick zones of altered wall rock, indicating that the Golden Mile vein system remains open in a northwesterly direction beyond the extent to which it has been stripped on surface, as well as to depth."
SGX NR, 2008-05-28: "We have located a large quartz vein system on the eastern side of the Jacobus property which may be related to Kodiak's neighboring Golden Mile discovery."
SGX NR, 2008-02-29: "Sage has completed a winter road into the eastern corner of the Jacobus property in order to begin exploring for the possible extension of Kodiak's Golden Mile occurrence. Sage previously reported, as in Stockwatch news on Jan. 18, 2008, that airborne magnetometer data suggest that a prominent northwestern low may reflect a structural or lithological break. Stripping and trenching activity is now under way in this area. A number of quartz veins have been located with associated sulphides. "
SGX NR, 2008-01-18: "Sage also continues to explore the possible extension of Kodiak's Golden Mile on the eastern portion of the Jacobus claim block. Sage has completed the interpretation of an aeromagnetic survey that was finished in December, 2007. A prominent magnetometer high occurs on the property and within the high there is a northwestern-trending low which may reflect a structural or lithological break. Kodiak has published similar data pertaining to the Hercules property."
Again, I am not pumping SGX... I am posting purely to demonstrate SGX seems convinced the GM extends onto their property... this would be huge news for both companies (especially KXL). FYI... SGX channel samples from this area are in the lab and are due anytime (sound familiar?!:D)... and they have also started prep work for drilling program to start next month. My question is: Would SGX be preparing to drill if they found nothing of interest channel sampling? Have no idea.
You be the judge but we will all find out soon enough IMO.
