Wellllllllllll, sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too.

Any eventual offer will not necessarily be in cash. Quite forseeable that some company will make a "share" offer. That way those that want the money can sell the shares and those that want to be in the business can retain the shares in the new company.

Whichever it certainly seems that any such decision is a rather lengthy way down "life's highway". I think people who are into "quick flips" had better find a different stock to add to their portfolio. This one looks like the long, slow (but increasingly more probably certain) grind. That works for me because I am long and strong and not into the "flipper" thing.
