You ask...

Portee, how does it work for us shareholders if they sell off a claim at a time. Do we keep all our KXL shares and just get a number of shares from the company buying the claim?

I believe what will happen is that the purchacer would buy the claim outright for Cash....

What that would do would boost our share capital without affecting our share number..

What does that mean..

We have 88 million shares.....

Now we have $50 million in the bank...

Our shares are worth ,market today...$2.45..

So the market values KXL at a little over $205,000,000.00..

So if we sell off a claim..(Lets try a little reallity) for $2 Billion ..cash..

That cash would go into our kitty,and the company would then be worth $2,205,000,000.00..

Our share number didn't change so to get your share price,divide your 88 million into $2.205 billion and that will give you your share price..

Roughly how it works..a million factors would change the price but the market will eventually settle out the share price,but what ever it settles out at It will be worth a whole pile of beans /share..and we still have the rest of the claims to prove up and sell...

As I said there are a million different factors and senarios to comtemplate ,such as Company splitting..share splitting..cash and share offers...but what ever the deal,our management team are not junior,uneducated financial people and are used dealing with big numbers and are not intimidated by hot shot snake oil salemen lawyers that would steal the pennies off the eyes of a dead man..

And because they are all big shareholders too and value our loyality and little investors will do the right thing and get us the best deal for any business dealings with KLX company assets..

They have so far,and these are honourable business people..The Richardsons out of Winnipeg are also great philanthropists and have been around and in multi billion dollar businesses for years..

When you think of profit taking 10000 shares at $10.00...think ....geez...next week those could be $20.00 !!
