Crosses happen all the time. N.B. is obviously bullish on KXL and no doubt many of their corporate and private clients have been put onto it.

Many portfolios have absolutely firm restrictions on percentage allocation thus adjusting ends up taking place in situations such as KXL where there has been such dramatic increment in the last 12 months.
