Many on this board have done much dd on kxl and are very excited about the prospects. I have to think that the big companies are not just waiting around like we are to see what will develop at Hercules. I would think that some if not all of the potential acquiriers have their own research and spy departments that are busy getting as much info as possible on Hercules, the rest of kxl as well as other potential acquisitions. If they come to the conclusion that kxl is worth the risk, would it not make sense to move along a little quicker at maybe a lower price now than later.

I realize that kxl wants to maximise their investment and will not sell cheap (good!), but at the same time Barrick or whoever would prefer not to have to get into an expensive bidding war later.

Maybe they will take the early chance just like we have! Rico
