I was also the recipient of a PM calling me the "C word" for supposedly deleting his post (which I did not). That was totally uncalled for and I agree that he definitely exhibits sociopathic behaviour.

I vote to ban chuck as well because he does not add any value to the forum and has proven he has ulterior motives time and again. Its one thing to state you opinion and back it up with facts; but to constantly post saying things like "KXL is a dud" and "Going under $2.00" implying the stock is going to drop 25% is not a debate. Of course all posts are welcome, negative or positive. But the entire point of Agoracom is to delete blatant bashers(like chuckdog) and keep the discussion on topic and on the level.

That all being said, I think we should wait till the end of the day before potentially banning him because I left a nice little steaming "retort" in his inbox that I'd like him to read first lol.
