Well I'm actually sending an email to the KXL presidents to possibly set something in place in the event someone needs to be banned in the future. I'm not sure about chukdog but he may have already been banned. I tried finding one of his posts to check his post history and his name was greyed out every time, same as Alvar. So you may have already got your wish.
