Chukdog, you are truly the rain on everybody's parade here. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate your insight, although it is always tinged with some sort of negative comment. And hey, I can appreciate caution and negativism when it's backed up with something. Coach was really good at this in the early days when we were $4.00ish. He told us why we were getting ahead of ourselves and while I didn't like to hear it, he spelled it out for us.
We're are hoping for better days here and we're putting our money where our mouth is by buying and holding onto shares. If we didn't believe in what KXL was doing, we'd take our money and put it elsewhere. I'm not sure what your motivation is for constantly telling us to 'be cautious' and the like, but rest assured, we're all adults here and we get that you're feeling a little apprehensive about KXL -- it's all you post about.
Maybe the next round of drill results will be good, maybe they'll be not so much... nobody knows for sure. All we can look at is past history and see that they've started to uncover 'something'. We just don't know yet how big that something is. Most of us here would like to believe it's something special. Is that such a wrong way to approach it? Why invest otherwise?
If I want a guarantee I'll buy a savings bond or a GIC. I don't think anyone here believes that any investing in this kind of stock offers any kind of guarantee. There's no need to constantly remind us of that. Really.
