it is a difficult call. Personally I am convinced that the area controlled by KXL has numerous million ounces of gold. It has to, based on what they have been finding pretty quickly at the surface and based on past gold mining in the area. Previous mining has shown pretty narrow veins and high grades, similar to what KXL has been finding.

The question is how quickly can they find a deposit that is economic to mine under todays economic conditions of high prices but also generally high capital and energy costs. The fact that they are putting 4 to 5 drills in action shows that they indeed are serious of coming up with something pretty quickly. Of course having more drills also means that you will have more misses.

I expect a lot of news and rumors this summer as the whole region will be buzzing with people. I just hope that we get more positive news than negatives, we are bound to get some of both.
