Uhmmmm, just 9 short months ago I bought shares in KXL@ 35 cents. Up until late September you could get shares for under 60 cents.
When put in that perspective, I'd say KXL is doing just fine.
And as far as opportunity cost goes, yes there is one, but it is minimal. A halt can be called at any time, amazing results could be released, and then you are on the outside looking in.
I guess it depends on your perspective....investor vs. trader when deciding whether the opportunity cost is too much.
