My best friend who was duped for a bunch of money is actually the lead plaintiff in the Class Action Lawsuit against the company. Last I check with him, SWG is going to settle for an undisclosed amount. When the scandal surfaced, my friend was one of the first investors to contact thre attorney organizing the Class Action and was selected to be the lead plaintiff. He showed me the documents and court order, pretty cool to see his name vs. a corpoation right on the front.

Kodiak management is a hallmark citizen compared to these scammers and I am very impressed with committment to making sure even the causual investor is kept up to date.
