Phrases that make investors cringe (or puke) and cause share prices to plummet:
- "The company must restate last year's earnings".
- "There have been errors in assay data".
Now I am not sure about the status or quality of Southwestern Resources, but those 2 sentences usually reek of fraud. How many SWG investors had their heads handed to them last year?
We all take risks when investing in exploration companies. Sometimes the ore body is just not as good as people thought. However, crime, fraud, salting, etc. should not be a part of that risk.
I am confident in the folks at Kodiak. It may take a while to effectively map out the Hercules resource, but I (we) can wait. Lets just hope we never see KXL compared to Brilliant Resource EXtraction companies!
