Don't think twice about it. They are probably on Lithium or Prozac having been diagnosed with ADD and Bipolar. These type live in a paranoid state and see threats where there are none(delusional). When they wake up on cloudy days they wont go outside as it effects their mood to the point they simply can't cope. Back in the old days they treated this stuff with a Lobotomy. The fact they have not stepped up and given a reason why , says a lot. Sorry I missed the post and have always valued your posts on KXL and off topic on the Potash and Coal stuff.
