Did the management forget about the shareholders?

I can't remember the last time they had a relevant news release......Did the management forget that they are a public company and the shareholders deserve the right to know ALL relevant news!

I am not an impatient person but other companies have had 4 or 5 times as much news as Kodiak and I don't think that winning an award counts as a BIG news release since it does nothing for the company except allow management to beat their chest.
