Options as "perks". I have used other words in the past, especially when there is this BS of backdating when the options were granted.

At a share price of $2.48, who wouldn't want a mittful priced at $0.55!

If it is kept legit, I have no problem with the granting of options. But there has definitely been numerous cases of abuse (FRAUD) in both Canada and the USA.

And don't get me started on CEO compensation!
