Brian stated in the Calgary conference that news wouldn't be out until mid May... so I find this buying interesting today. Good sign going forward.

I'm going to wait until we get through these bank/brokerage earnings before I pick up some more. Just not sure what the next two weeks has in store for the markets - espcially with the backdrop of a 60% increase in foreclosures last month in the US.
