The snow is definitely spotty this yr.  Here in S. MB, we had very little, and are concerned about drought.  There was a fellow the other day a couple hrs north of Winnipeg stranded when his snowmobile quit and he has snow from waist to chest deep! 

Well, where is my Fri NR?  I thought with the price action KXL would be halted through the weekend.
