Here is a link to webcams all over Ontario. I think the Thunder Bay webcams are probably the closest to Geraldton/Beardmore (about 200km to the north-east of Thunder Bay).

By the way, there is an airstrip just south of Jellicoe but, according to Google Earth, it is only about 3,000ft long and the condition is uncertain.
