Not to get off topic but I meant "moot" in that the decision will not be having any appreciable impact on the activities of AXU et al going forward. 

Furthermore, we should not assume that KXL will not be subject to such uncertainties should they ever advance their Uranium properties to the stage where AXU is currently.

 As for impact on share price, stocks such as SSE, AXU UUL BAY etc are definitely coming into buying range for the mid to long term holders.  Even short term a bounce should be in the making for AXU when SP pulls back inside bottom bollinger band and RSI comes back over 30

I would be happy to discuss this further in the OT if you wish.
