Watched this Bloomberg video and this is scary. We always feared naked shorts, but these failed deliveries seem to be an illegal nightmare. The biggest problem I see is, that nobody wants or can stop it at the moment. Regulators are out of touch and the big players have to show continueous profit climbs and have to come up everyday with something new/more. The greed at the top is enormous.

One of the sideshows are the publics demand of reporting, not only every quarter for public companies, but also inbetween " guidance ".

Who is in need of this ? But might be part of the problem.
