I went through all news releases since early 2005 and as far as I can tell the last warrants were included in a Dec 2005 financing which had a one year expiration. So I take that as no warrants currently outstanding. 

The information in my last post was taken from CSW and is their most current but I cannot vouch for it.  I did notice most information showed transactions from 2 years ago but since it showed current Short Positions I assumed it is still valid.
