I was at the PDAC today and spoke with Bill and Brian at the booth, and attended the presentation by Brian.
Booth:
1. Bill states that Kodiak is the first junior resource co. in history to be given $50 million plus without a proven ounce in the ground.
2. Bill states that the MW uranium acquisition (Millenium West) goes a LONG way in making the Kodiak Energy division a stand alone entity.
3. The acquisition of MW was a pain to accomplish but Bill states that the Geo's urged him to pursue it as it a very nice property.
4. Bill and Brian were both using the Red Lake cross section of the Goldcorp property and emhasized that the big Goldcorp find is very deep and much deeper than the areas we are testing now. Conclusion: we still have a long way to go and drilling to do.
Presentation:
1. Vehatzclaha's points are all valid.
2. Caribou will probably be JV'd. Nighthawk too, but that wasn't clear.
3. There are majors that are definitely interested.
4. Brian concurred that the likelihood that there are no veins between Golden Gate and Golden Mile is zero.
Have to run.
