Message: time to buy juniors

I was wondering at what point does a company decide it is time to move from the tx-v to the tsx? I don't know if it is true or not, but it seems to me that being on the Venture exchange, it kind of gives you a black eye. I have heard many people say they would never touch a stock on the venture...it's full of pump and dumps!

I have been watching a few companies that have moved from the venture to the tsx and feel that it was a good move or at least a natural progression (ARU, SPM) and then there are others (ZMR,APV) that I can not understand why they made the move.

In my opinion, KXL should be able to stand on their own on the TSX but not too sure if their are specific quilifications that have to be met.

Thanks in advance  to all who reply
