I'm not sure if the current price of gold has anything to do with a gold Jr's valuation. It is after all a pure spec play, so we're not even sure how much gold is there.

I guess the value may get a bit of a push by an increase in the POG just because of the bigger upside potential if something is there, but I don't think it would be all that great in value.

And just as an aside....if KXL does prove up the high end of what they potentially have, I don't think the POG is all that relevant anyway. One of the big boys (Goldcorp etc) who need a constant supply of gold to keep rolling along will be trying a takeover even if the POG drops 20% from here, they have so much cash tied up in capital and infrastructure they'll just have to have it....

All that keeps me awake at night is if the drills don't prove up the goods....it'll be a long fall back to under a dollar. So here's hoping that the next few news releases confirm what we are all hoping....
