As usual you postings amuse me to no end and I see that some our out of country fellow shlongs may not be aware of how cold it is where Kodiak is drilling..

Colder than a well diggers ankle..
Even drillers hide in those temperatures..usually in the Kodiak Hotelbar,until it warms up to at least -10C with a 50 KM/h wind..
So ,yes,I would imagine that drilling will be effected by weather..and clearing of over burden will begin when it unthaws..
Steel snaps in these temperatures..
Equipment breakdowns cost us more in these conditions,so caution is advised,and if schlongs sitting behind their warm computers better get realistic and realize drilling will commence when the weather gets a little warmer.
Been there..know what cold is..
And the temperatures posted are warming up from last week..
