While we are off over 30% from our highs, we are also up almost 50% from our "low" a couple weeks ago.  Mgmnt put on what I hear was an excellent presentation at the Vancouver show, so I would say they are doing their promotion.  Remember, the company doesn't control the share price, but what they do in boardroom and with the drill bit affects it greatly.  I see no stumble on their part, and the low volume trade is what I would term accumulation, with few people stepping forward to sell at these prices.
