Insider buying and selling is one indicator of the health of the company ..but insiders are like the rest of us in certain aspects..

We all want to make a profit..

We all require money to live on.... 

We all must buy and sell to take advantage of our personal taxation status..

Insiders have to be very carefull and can not be seen to be,or are legally alowed to sell or buy on information in their own company that has not been released to the public..

So with so much information being released to the public by KXL almost monthly ,there are very few windows of opportunity for KXL insiders to buy and sell their own company stock and stay with in legal boundrys.

I went to insiders and there has been no more buying and selling by insiders ,but I copied the insider buying and selling of another company that I hold as an example only..I own this company and have since day one so am familiar with the insiders and the drilling programs ,to give my interpretation of the insider selling and buying as they relate to dates and who's who..

Please bear with me and don't consider this a pump.

JNR Resourses is a U Explorer..Well financed and with a management team as good as KXL,not as wealthy,but as knowlegable and i consider the best in the Uranium business(As do most of the knowledgeable Uranium people)..

Here is their insider buy/sell  info..

IF you look at the selling of the insiders and the dates,I attribute the November selling to opportunistic taxation selling..

As you see by the January buying by insiders,I see this as indication of good things coming soon..

I base my assumption on public knowledge..

They have a very hot property at Way Lake...over 50% Uranium sample taken from there last year..

Drill program started in December at Way Lake..

The very unusual fact that JNR Resourses have purchaced two air portable drills and contracted a well knowwn drilling company for bodies to work the drills and are presently drilling at Way Lake..

It is very unusual  for a Junior explorer to own it's own drill..let alone two..

This is all public knowledge...

But all of a sudden we have big insider buying in January...

While no drill results are known yet ,I take this as an indication that they have hit something very hot and will be tracking the insider buying on this company and this is how I use the insider buy/sell info..

One way that is..

I'm using this as an example only and don't want to be seen as pumping JNN ..

KXL will do well as we come back from this slump..It is a matter of time.
